家は、築５０年位の古い家で、屋根にトタンを使った部分があり、劣化で割れたり穴が空いたりで、その都度、応急処置で穴を塞いできたのですが、雨漏りが酷くなってきたので、早急に屋根業者を探しておりました。
ネットで探して相見積り４社とりました。正直最近テレビなどで、悪徳業者などが多いとよく目にしてた為、探すのが大変でした。
１社目
値段は安かったけど、電話対応の悪さ、信用が薄いと判断。
２社目３社目
対応は普通。下請け業者を連れて来てる段階で、ん？と思ったのですが、見積りを見たら案の定、中間マージンを挟んでる感じで思ってたより20万以上高い。
４社目
家から近い。会社を構えていて工事直受け　電話したらすぐに井澤社長が来て、見積りをだしてくれました。雨が漏れて中の木も腐ってるかもと言ったら、井澤社長が大丈夫ですプロの目でみて、全部入れて見積り作ってるんで…　その言葉を聞いた時。　見積りもサービスで値引きもしてもらい、他社より20万以上安かったので、即決で決めさせてもらい契約させていただきました。

工事は、近隣挨拶、足場工事、屋根工事、雨樋工事すべて、井澤産業おまかせでやっていただけました。
雨樋も上の段と下の段が、あるのですが以前よりバージョンアップされて全部新品で組まれてました。

工事も終わり、井澤社長が今回の工事のすべての、箇所のビフォアーアフター写真をファイルにして全部細かく説明してくれました。保証も１０年ついているみたいなんで安心です。

となりのマンションから、出来栄えを家族でみたのですが、ここまで考えてキッチリやってくれたから、雨降りも気にならんくなったと、大変喜んでます。

長々と、クチコミさせてもらいましたが、正直屋根工事って、金額が安くないし、慎重に業者を見極めないと高額請求されたりも、あるかもです。実際今回同じ工事見積りで２０万以上高い業者もあったので。
