屋根の棟瓦の補修をお願いしました。
棟瓦のビスが浮き心木が腐りかけていたのとその横に塗り付けてあった南蛮漆喰がぽろぽろ剥がれて、防水性が無くなっていたので漏水の要因となりうる事象のため工事をお願いしました。
心木は腐らないアルミパイプに取替え南蛮漆喰の代わりハイロール2というブチルテープが両サイドについた防水材で施工してもらいました。下打ちのコーキングでずれた瓦も修正していただき、棟瓦の固定はステンレスドリルビス+ゴムワッシャーで頑丈に取り付けていただけました。
ラインが通ってなかった棟瓦がまっすぐになり、平瓦との隙間も新築時よりきれいに収まっていて納得のいく仕事ぶりでした。
コスト面でも他社より２～３割安くなり、外装リフォームの予期せぬ出費を最低限で抑えることができました。
