瓦の劣化がだいぶ進んでいて所々でヒビや1箇所穴が空いているのもわりました。
本当は屋根全部を変えたいところでしたが、この先10数年で住み替え予定なので瓦の差し替えをお願いしました。
当日は散水調査から始まり20枚の瓦の差し替え作業です。
当初夕方４時頃終了予定が、家にあった予備の瓦まで使って瓦を差し替えてもらったので薄暗くなるまで頑張っていただき頭の下がる思いでした。
最後に散水調査できっちり点検して終了でした。
こんなに丁寧に作業してもらえたのに修繕費もどこよりも安くて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
しっかり直していただいたのでその後雨漏りももちろんなく、先日はかなりのドシャ降りでしたがポツポツ音も一切ありませんでした。
