I contacted them because of a roof leak, and they fixed it quickly and carefully.

Even during today's linear rainband, there were no leaks, which was a great relief.

This time, I requested a full range of services for my house, which is over 20 years old, including roof replacement, exterior wall painting, and gutter replacement. I initially contacted them by phone after reading online reviews, because I needed to fix a crack in my gutters. While we were talking, I asked about roof and exterior wall painting, which I had been considering, and they offered to do a drone-based roof inspection and provide a free estimate. As a result, they found cracks in the roof that hadn't been detected during the house builder's inspection. They also found evidence that rain had already seeped into the waterproofing sheet, so I decided to have the roof replaced at that point. I considered ordering through the house builder, but I chose them because of Mr. Izawa's thorough explanation, the good balance between price and content, and the lack of any pushy sales tactics. I'm so glad I found such an honest and conscientious contractor. I also took the opportunity to ask them about exterior repairs and interior work (cushion floor replacement), and they were able to help. I think they are a trustworthy contractor that you can consult about a wide range of things related to your home.

There was a water stain in the attic, so I consulted with several companies. The estimate wasn't the cheapest, but I decided to ask Mr. Izawa to do the work because of his thorough inspection and explanation, and his sincere attitude. Looking back, I don't think I've ever encountered a contractor who read out the entire construction contract confirmation form and even explained difficult technical terms when we signed the contract. I'm also grateful that he found and addressed a crack in the exterior wall that another exterior painting company that came for an inspection just before us had missed. Since it was an expensive project, I'm really glad I found a contractor I could trust.

About a year ago, I requested repairs for a leak in the second-floor ceiling. They thoroughly investigated the cause, even going into the attic and climbing onto the roof. As a result, they determined the problem was with the plasterwork. Their detailed explanations and kind service convinced me to entrust the repair to them. The roof plaster repair was done very carefully, and even a year later, I'm still experiencing no problems.

They offer excellent after-sales service, including a free drone inspection after one year, demonstrating their reliability and professionalism.

Thank you so much for your help. I'll definitely contact you again if I need anything else.

I had waterproofing paint applied to the balcony of my 25-year-old house. I requested quotes from several companies and they all came to the site, but Izawa-san explained the current condition of the balcony and why their construction method was the best option in a way that was easy for a layperson to understand. The peace of mind I felt, which couldn't be compared by price alone, was what ultimately led me to choose them. Despite the difficult time when materials were unavailable due to the naphtha crisis, they managed to adjust their schedule and complete the work. I hadn't used the balcony much in the last few years, but it's been made so beautifully that it would be a shame not to use it. I'll definitely consult with you again regarding maintenance for the roof tiles, exterior walls, etc. Thank you very much.

My 50-year-old house has been plagued by roof leaks for about 20 years.
Three times so far, the ceiling has leaked, and although the leaks were repaired each time, the problem was never completely fixed.
Even after repairs, the dripping sound would reappear elsewhere, making rainy days incredibly depressing.
This time, I was determined to have the cause identified and repaired, so I searched online reviews daily and finally found Izawa Sangyo.
From the initial estimate, it was completely different from anything I'd experienced before.
They conducted a thorough leak investigation throughout the morning, using drones, infrared sensors, and inspecting the attic from the second-floor closet, and were able to pinpoint the leak location.
They discovered that the roof tiles were significantly deteriorated, with cracks in several places and even a hole in one spot.
Ideally, I would have liked to replace the entire roof, but since I plan to move in the next 10-15 years, I requested that only the tiles be replaced.
On the day of the repair, they began with a water test and then replaced 20 tiles.
The work was initially scheduled to finish around 4 PM, but they even used spare tiles they had at home to replace some of the old ones, working until dusk. I was truly grateful for their hard work.
Finally, they thoroughly inspected everything with a water test before finishing.
Despite the meticulous work they did, the repair cost was the lowest I'd ever seen, and I'm incredibly thankful.
They fixed it so well that there have been no leaks since, and even during a heavy downpour the other day, there wasn't a single drop of water.
I'm so glad I chose Izawa-san; everyone there was incredibly kind and I felt completely at ease entrusting the work to them.
Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who wrote reviews; it's thanks to them that I learned about Izawa Sangyo.
Thank you so much for everything.
I look forward to working with you again in the future!
